This flour-free almond cake is simply irresistible thanks to its deliciously moist sponge and its exeptional flavour. Its unique packing ensures it keeps for a long time, so that you can enjoy it at any time - either on its own or with a coulis, sorbet or fruit salad

Organic Fairtrade Oolong Tea
If you are looking for a new tea experience, this Oolong may be just ideal. Described as -sensational-, it restores equilibrium at any time of the day. The freshly picked leaves are only partially fermented, leaving them large and flavourful. Brimming with polyphenols, this Oolong has antioxidant and wealth protecting properties. Only small quantity of Oolong is produced each year. It is grown at Makaibari, the first biodynamic tea estate i the world, situated 3-4000 ft high up in the Himalayas. The estate is protected on all sides by lush virgin rainforests and is the home and livelihood to a community of 1700 people, a family of panthers and richly diverse wildlife.
